ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) IN HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT PROCESS

The main advantages of AI in Human Resource Management (HRM), such as saving time and reducing costs, are driven by important factors including accuracy, automation, computational power, real-time capabilities, and personalization. AI-powered recruitment tools effectively align candidates' skills and qualifications with job requirements. Additionally, AI-driven HR analytics can process large amounts of data accurately, offering valuable insights that aid in informed decision-making (Malik, Budhwar et al., 2022). According to Vrontis et al., 2022, utilizing AI for precision in HRM enhances various functions, resulting in greater efficiency, cost savings, and improved employee satisfaction. 

Challenges and Considerations

Data privacy and ethics are critical considerations, as they involve managing sensitive information in a way that is both ethical and legally compliant. Additionally, successful integration of AI tools requires ensuring that these technologies work smoothly with existing systems within the organization. Furthermore, skill development is essential, as it involves upskilling HR professionals to effectively utilize AI technologies in their daily operations.
